MK 1 HAND OPERATED HEAT SEALING MACHINE

  • Compact heat sealing machine ideal for small scale production, Quality Control or Product Development.
  • Easy to operate and can be adjusted to suit containers of different heights and sizes. The MK1 heat sealer is also available with an extended pillar and larger base plate in order to allow for sealing of large bottles or drums.
  • Temperature is electronically controlled and all parts are designed to provide low maintenance and optimum life.

MK 1 HAND OPERATED HEAT SEAL MACHINE

MK 1 HAND OPERATED HEAT SEALING MACHINEWITH ROTARY TABLE

  • Compact heat sealing machine ideal for small scale production with the addition of a rotary table that offers increased output as well as easier insertion and removal of the sealed containers. The table can accommodate various sizes of cup rings and can therefore be used to seal a variety of containers.
  • The table is turned manually with a positive location at each sealing station. Operators simply turn the table until it stops and then carry out the heat sealing process by pulling down the sealing head.
  • Temperature is electronically controlled and all parts are designed to provide low maintenance and optimum life.

MK 3 SEMI AUTOMATIC HEAT SEALING MACHINE

  • The MK3 heat sealing machine offers electronically controlled cycle time as well as temperature making the machine ideal for R&D, material testing and production of packed product.
  • The sealing head is pneumatically operated and is therefore not operator dependent.
  • The MK3 heat sealing machine can also be supplied with height adjustment that allows increased flexibility.
