As a small company we understand the need for what we call ‘start-up’ equipment as many companies cannot immediately invest in larger fully automated filling and sealing machines which can cost in the region of £100,000 and produce far more products per hour than the customer requires when launching their business.
Seal-it-Systems have therefore produced a fully automated machine that fills the GAP between our range of hand operated and semi auto machines but at an affordable price. The machine speed is ideal for small to medium size customers looking to automate their production process and at the same time reduce their cost of manufacturing.

Sealing can be either PRE-CUT seals or SEAL & CUT from plain or printed reels – Plastic, paper or even glass jars can be used on the machine.
Producing 1000’s of sauce pots by hand with clip lids and self-adhesive labels was very labour intensive and costly for Mahmoods. Following a meeting with the owner Mahmoods placed an order for an SIS Rotary filling and sealing machine along with new PP pots and printed 71.5mm pre-cut PET seals. There was also a ‘special’ request for the machine to be installed in the basement prep-area of the factory which meant reducing the overall machine footprint and some rather inventive delivery methods – Mahmoods had already invested in a Riggs Autopack depositor so SIS ensured that this unit and our machine communicated and worked together to both fill & seal the pots.
