Test kits and Diagnostic devices have been around for many years but in the main have been used in hospitals and GP Surgeries with only very limited use at home for specific items such as Diabetes, etc

Seal-it-Systems have worked closely with several major Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical companies assisting them with all aspects of sealing and building these types of test kits which often involve multiple sealed parts working as one finished device. These devices have wide ranging uses including DNA, Blood sampling/testing in both humans and animals, urinary infections, cell analysis and many more complex diagnostic requirements all over the world

In order to meet our customers demands for flexible, efficient and cost effective equipment Seal-it-Systems have recently developed a NEW range of the MK3 semi auto laboratory and production capable machine with various options to cover any heat sealing requirement

MK3 Semi auto heat seal machine options:

MK3 (std version) – Optional XY table for accurate positioning of sealed part Designed for R&D and product development

MK3H (height adjustable version) – Height adjustable machine to provide increased flexibility when sealing multiple parts/projects Optional XY table for accurate positioning of sealed part - Designed for R&D and product development

MK3H (height adjustable version) – Height adjustable machine to provide increased flexibility when sealing multiple parts/projects This machine version has base plate mounted push buttons and an optional more robust XY table for accurate positioning of sealed part - Designed for production as well as R&D

MK3T (HMI version) –The HMI version is designed to allow the operator full control and monitoring of ALL sealing parameters from one interface. This machine can also LOG & Export sealing, batch data and operator info to an external source for full traceability Designed for R&D and product development as well as full scale production
