In order to keep up with the increased level of monitoring and regulatory requirements expected by our customers Seal-it-Systems have developed a NEW series of MK3 bench mounted heat seal machines aimed at our pharmaceutical type customers. Moving away from the traditional controllers and replacing them with a user friendly HMI that not only controls ALL sealing parameters but allows data logging to an external device – Data logged can be batch number, operator, date/time as well as both set points and actual parameters therefore providing full traceability of production conditions

HMI operator interfaces from EXOR combine an IIoT gateway with state-of-the-art connectivity and class leading performance into a cutting edge industrial design. Including a high-brightness projected-glass touch screen that is easy to read under any lighting conditions, the EXOR HMI also supports multi-touch input and is suitable for use with gloves. It offers good chemical resistance as well as IP66 sealing making it suitable for use in wash-down environments. Built in functionality includes full remote access via a standard web-browser and communication options for Cloud data storage. CFR21 compliance is fully supported and Audit Trail data is easily viewed locally or exported as .csv file.
